Priit Pahapill has advised various syndicated lending, leveraged and acquisition finance, mezzanine finance, asset finance, and project finance projects.
He has worked with multiple equity and debt offerings in Estonia and elsewhere, including IPO-s on the Tallinn Stock Exchange, London AIM and First North in Stockholm.
Priit’s expertise includes numerous large-scale M&A transactions concerning PE/VC investments and he has advised clients on establishing and passporting of various types of investment funds.
